The wine list offers remarkable breadth, with a strong foundation in the classic regions of France, Italy, Spain and Germany, while also embracing lesser-known origins and emerging wine cultures.
There is particular depth in regions such as Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône, Piedmont, Tuscany, Rioja and Mosel, featuring iconic producers, mature vintages and more individual, niche selections.
The sparkling selection is equally ambitious, with Champagne at its core, complemented by Crémant, English sparkling wine, other European regions and sparkling wines from the New World..
The New World is represented across countries such as the USA, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and Chile, adding diversity in both style and expression to the overall list.
Cider also has its own place in the selection, including both French producers and Norwegian expressions, further broadening the range beyond wine.
We are also making a dedicated effort to showcase Norway’s steadily growing wine production and the increasing quality and ambition of Norwegian producers.

In 2025, Park Hotel Vossevangen was awarded three Gold Stars at the international Star Wine List of the Year final, including the Grand Prix for Best Wine List Overall, as well as Best Long List and Best By-the-Glass List.
In 2026, the wine programme received further international recognition when Park Hotel Vossevangen was named Wine List of the Year at The World of Fine Wine’s World’s Best Wine Lists Awards. The hotel also received the awards for Best Long Wine List and Best By-the-Glass Wine List.
