In recent years, the cellar has been managed by Francesco Marzola. Francesco Marzola was named «Norway’s Best Sommelier» in 2020 and «Scandinavia’s Best Sommelier» in 2018. Today the cellar is managed by the twins Reidar & Robert. As Francesco’s former «apprentices», they keep the cellar in good hands.
Because of the time and care that cellared wine requires, we ask that wine be ordered at least 24 hours before it is to be enjoyed.

Elysée is the place for great food and wine experiences. Choose from our tempting à la carte menu or, if you would like something special, contact us for prices with or without a wine package included.
If you would like to order wine from the extensive cellar list, it must be ordered in advance. You enjoy your meals in Restaurant Elysée. Park Hotel Vossevangen has one of the world’s best and largest wine lists.
We recommend that everyone who would like to dine with us books a table in advance.
