3. Processing of personal data in connection with booking accommodation and stays
In connection with bookings made by you or by others on your behalf, we process the personal data we need in order to fulfil the agreement on the booking and purchase of services. This refers to information that you have provided to us directly, or via a travel agency or an agent. We process, for example, information about your identity, contact information and payment information. In addition, we process other information you may have provided that is important for your stay with us. This may refer to information about allergies or special requests regarding your stay. We register all purchases and bookings you make with us, e.g. spa, restaurant and room service, so that we can deliver these services and so that you can pay for them. We process such data in our system for 18 months. The data is then automatically depersonalised.
4. Processing of personal data for marketing purposes
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store and use your email address to send you news and offers from us.
We also use your email address or your telephone number to send news and offers in accordance with the rules on existing customer relationships. 5. Processing of personal data for other purposes
If you contact us, or otherwise approach us with enquiries, we process the personal data you provide to the extent necessary to respond to and log your enquiry. The basis for this is legitimate interests: being able to fulfil agreements with you, or to respond to your enquiries.
In addition to the processing described in our privacy rules or based on your consent, we may in some cases be required to process personal data when applicable regulations, including the data protection regulation and the GDPR, a valid order from a public authority or a court decision permit us to do so.
6. Disclosure of personal data and processing required by law
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, or unless applicable laws, including the data protection regulation and the GDPR, a valid order from a public authority or a court permit or require us to do so.
To avoid misunderstandings, we wish to clarify that the use of data processors to process data for our own purposes is not considered disclosure.

You have the right to request information about, rectification of and erasure of the personal data we process about you. You also have the right to request restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
To exercise your rights, you can send us an email at booking@parkvoss.no. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days.
We will ask you to confirm your identity or to provide additional information before we allow you to exercise your rights with us. We do this to ensure that we only disclose your personal data to you – and not to someone pretending to be you.
