In recent years, the cellar has been managed by Francesco Marzola. Francesco Marzola is the winner of "Norway's best sommelier" in 2020 and "Scandinavia's best sommelier" in 2018. Today, the twin couple Reidar & Robert manage the cellar, as former "apprentices" of Francesco, the cellar is in good hands.
Due to the time and care required to store wine, we ask that the wine be ordered at least 24 hours before it is to be enjoyed.

Elysée is the place for great food and wine experiences. Choose from our tempting a la carte menu, or if you want something special, get in touch for the price with and without wine package included.
If they wish to order wine from the large cellar menu, this must be requested in advance. You enjoy your meal in Restaurant Elysée. Park Hotel Vossevangen has one of the world's best and largest wine lists.

Our cozy piano bar is located in the middle of the hotel. Sit in a good chair, relax with a glass from the well-stocked bar. Live music every Friday and Saturday.
