Since 1979 hotel owner and wine enthusiast, Jan-Bruse Andersen, has spent a lot of time and effort to achieve the dream of building one of the greatest and most complete wine collections in the world… Today we are proud that we are Scandinavia’s biggest and best wine cellar, with over 40.000 bottles underneath us and a wine selection that covers pretty much the whole wine world, with over 6000 different labels!
EVERY BOTTLE HAS A STORY TO TELL
We believe that wine has a story to tell and that each bottle is a unique experience, a unique feeling, that we are proud to share with you. Here can you hear the story that the bottle has to say in different stages of its life, from the young exuberancy, to the more subtle character of a mature one; we are proud to give our wine the time it needs to develop all its potential, so that it can tell its story to the best of its ability.
OUR TEAM OF EXPERTS
Since 2017 the cellar has been in great care by Francesco Marzola, Nordic Sommelier Champion in 2018, as well as Norwegian champion in 2020. Together with the local twins Reidar R. R. Johansen and Robert Russel R. Johansen the cellar has reached new heights, as winners of World of Fine Wine “Wine list of the Year 2020″

EVENTS AND WINE TASTING
Spectacular and sophisticated, the wine cellar is the perfect setting for private events and conferences, the ideal location for wine tasting or workshops dedicated to the prestigious art of wine. Entering the cellar to choose a bottle and sampling wines in the corner overlooking the labels provides our guests with a truly unique experience. The staff at Park Voss will also be happy to assist you in planning dedicated wine tasting events and enjoyable samplings. Due to the time and care required to store wine, we ask that the wine be ordered at least 24 hours before it is to be enjoyed.
