Voss Resort is one of the largest ski resorts in western Norway. The resort has 40 km of well-groomed slopes for all levels and an exciting off-piste area. With the Voss Gondola you go directly from the train station to the ski resort in less than 9 minutes!
VARIED TERRAIN AND SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
In Voss Resort you will find 11 lifts and 24 trails with different levels; from easy hills for beginners to harder slopes for the experts. In addition to the 40 km of groomed slopes, there is a terrain park, ski cross trail, 3 areas for children, groomed cross-country trails and 4 restaurants. You will also find ski school, ski rental and after ski at the resort.
CROSS-COUNTRY AND SKI TOURING
You will find 18 kilometers of family friendly cross-country trails. The trails are mostly flat, but with some hills in between.
- Floodlit trail: 6 kms
- Raugstad trail: 3,5 kms
- Trail to the Red Cross cabin: 8,5 kms
Mount Lønahorgi (1411 masl) is a popular ski touring destination with great views of Voss and the fjord landscape, and only a short tour from the top of the ski resort.
FOR CHILDREN
The resort has 3 areas for the youngest; Grebbesbakken, Badnakrokje and Trollbakken. Skiing in Grebbesbakken and Trollbakken is free. There are held ski competitions in Trollbakken and Badnakrokjen during weekends and holidays. Sometimes the troll Grebbe Hangur, who lives in the mountains of Voss Resort, comes to visit as well.
SKI SCHOOL AND SKI RENTAL
If you want to rent equipment and get a ski lesson, there is a ski rental and a ski school at the resort.
EVENING SKIING
Voss Resort has evening skiing every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. In the ski resort you will find more than 10 kilometers of floodlit trails for all levels.
